Previously worked as Head of Design at Seer Medical, A Cloud Guru and SEEK.

For over a decade, I've worked on projects varying in size and complexity,
for large global enterprises and promising start-ups alike.
During that time, I've acquired experience in design strategy and leadership, software design, design research, interaction design, design systems, design operations and
brand identity development.

I'm driven by the possibilities that come from combining technology with strategy and creativity. I'm motivated by challenges. I adapt to change quickly.
I push myself and my teams to deliver world-class design. 

I work tirelessly to make my team members feel valued and supported.
I believe in transparency and kindness.

I lead mostly remotely and I do it well.

Growing up in house with two educators, I am driven by the need to mentor, develop and nurture others. I take pride in being people first and using this approach to create high performing teams. People leadership for me is about creating best practices for hiring, onboarding and maintaining talent, assessing and developing skills, creating communities and more.

Experience and Design Strategy

Although chat GPT had one clear answer to what design strategy is, I have found this one to be quite vague and varied, depends on who you ask. For me, it’s about problem solving at a leadership level. Reimagining a visual language, setting design OKRs, changing the way a design org is built, forming new roles and more.

Design and Research Operations is the backbone that supports the entire design ecosystem, enabling leaders and practitioners alike to thrive and create outstanding designs that make a meaningful impact. For me- it’s always been more than budget and tooling. It’s the engine of community and belonging.
